iCaur Malaysia has opened its first full sales, service and spare parts centre in East Malaysia, extending its retail and aftersales network to Kota Kinabalu.
Operated by Universal Icar Sdn Bhd, the Sabah outlet covers 1,170 square metres. It has space for four display vehicles, three service bays, a vehicle delivery area and two private electric vehicle charging bays.
Customers also get a lounge with Wi-Fi, refreshments and a gaming area.
The opening takes iCaur’s Malaysian network to 21 sales points. The company is targeting 30 by the end of 2026, with Sarawak named as its next area of expansion.
iCaur Malaysia senior director Francis Chin said the Kota Kinabalu centre would give Sabah customers access to the same sales and aftersales support offered in Peninsular Malaysia.
Universal Icar vice-president Clinton Chok said the dealership would provide local servicing and charging facilities alongside the brand’s showroom operations.
The 3S centre is located at Jalan Limau Manis, off Jalan Lintas, Taman Iramanis, Kota Kinabalu.
Its showroom operates from 8.30am to 6pm on weekdays, 8.30am to 4pm on Saturdays, and 10am to 3pm on Sundays and public holidays.
The service centre opens from 8am to 5pm on weekdays and until 3pm on Saturdays. It is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
