Karrus Automotive Group has been appointed the exclusive distributor of Meguiar’s car-care products in Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei.
Under the deal, everything from getting Meguiar’s products onto shelves to shaping how the brand is marketed and grown in the region now falls under Karrus’s control.
Its remit covers products for everyday motorists, car enthusiasts and professional detailing businesses.
Karrus plans to widen Meguiar’s retail and distribution network, work more closely with professional detailers and introduce further technical training. It also intends to increase the brand’s involvement with regional automotive communities.
Executive director Reza Mutalib said the company wants to make Meguiar’s products more accessible to vehicle owners and businesses throughout the three countries.
The appointment adds car-care product distribution to Karrus Automotive Group’s existing operations in vehicle retail, aftersales and specialist car sales.
Meguiar’s was founded in 1901 and is marking its 125th anniversary in 2026. The American car-care company has been owned by 3M since 2008.
Karrus will formally launch the regional distributorship at LuftWasser 2026, a Porsche enthusiast event scheduled to take place in Malaysia on Sept 5.
The company is also seeking retailers, professional detailers and other business partners interested in carrying Meguiar’s products.
Regional announcements will be published through the new @meguiars.karrus Instagram account.
