Leapmotor’s two-model Malaysian line-up is now entirely locally assembled, with the B10 joining the C10 on Stellantis’ production line in Gurun, Kedah.
Stellantis Malaysia said both electric SUVs are available through authorised Leapmotor dealers nationwide.
C10 assembly started in June, when the company said B10 production would follow by the end of 2026. The B10 has therefore reached CKD production ahead of that stated timetable.
Stellantis has put €5.3 million (around RM25 million) into local production capabilities and upgrades to the Gurun line and supporting infrastructure.
For the B10, the switch to completely knocked down (CKD) production also pares the Malaysian range to one variant. Only the higher-spec Design remains, priced at RM118,800. When the B10 arrived as a fully imported model in December 2025, buyers could also choose the entry-level Life at RM107,800.
The CKD B10 Design keeps its 67.1kWh battery and rear-mounted electric motor producing 218hp and 240Nm. WLTP range is 434km. It sits on Leapmotor’s LEAP3.5 architecture and supports DC charging at up to 168kW, with a claimed 30% to 80% charge taking under 20 minutes.
Its Malaysian colour range now comprises Starry Night Blue, Tundra Grey, Metallic Black and Light White, all paired with a Dark Grey interior. Dawn Purple, which was offered when the imported B10 was launched, is no longer listed for the CKD version.
The C10 had been listed at RM129,000 since local assembly began, although Stellantis’ latest release states a price of RM125,000. Its 69.9kWh battery feeds a 218hp, 320Nm motor, while WLTP range is 424km.
There are also two new C10 colours, Violet and Lightning White, joining Canopy Grey and Glazed Green. The Glazed Green car comes with a Camel Brown cabin, while the other exterior colours are paired with a black interior.
Leapmotor has also introduced an optional physical remote key fob for both models. It is available to buyers of newly registered cars as well as existing C10 and B10 owners, although Stellantis did not state the accessory price.
Both EVs carry an eight-year or 160,000km battery warranty, whichever comes first. Vehicle coverage consists of a four-year or 100,000km manufacturer warranty plus an additional two-year or 50,000km extended warranty.
