Changan will introduce the Deepal S07 plug-in hybrid SUV to Europe at the 2026 Paris Motor Show, expanding its powertrain choices beyond the battery-electric version introduced in the region in 2025.
The S07 PHEV will be introduced alongside a right-hand-drive version of the smaller Deepal S05 PHEV when the show begins on Oct 12. The public exhibition runs from Oct 13 to 18.
Changan has not yet disclosed European technical specifications for the S07 PHEV, including battery capacity, electric driving range, combined output or charging capabilities.
It has also not confirmed whether the vehicle uses a series-hybrid range-extender configuration or a mechanically coupled plug-in hybrid system.
The right-hand-drive S05 PHEV could potentially open the way for sales in Britain and other right-hand-drive markets, although no specific export destinations have been announced.
Changan will also introduce its Nevo brand to Europe with three models: the Q05, Q06 and A06.
The Q05 is confirmed as fully electric, while further European powertrain details remain outstanding. The vehicles will roll out across Europe in stages from the fourth quarter of 2026.
