Proton e.MAS is showcasing its three electrified models at Suria Sabah in Kota Kinabalu from Oct 7 to 11, offering test drives and special ownership incentives.

The five-day roadshow, organised by Proton subsidiary Pro-NET, is being held at the shopping centre’s ground-floor Main Atrium from 10am to 10pm daily.

Visitors can inspect and test-drive the e.MAS 5 and e.MAS 7, alongside the e.MAS 7 PHEV, and seek advice on charging and ownership.

Buyers can take advantage of free wallbox installation, overtrade support of up to RM10,000 and a special financing rate of 2.1% from Affin Bank, subject to applicable terms.

Pro-NET said the event formed part of its efforts to expand its presence beyond Peninsular Malaysia while strengthening sales, servicing and charging support.

The company has 60 Proton e.MAS dealerships nationwide and more than 1,600 trained sales and aftersales personnel.

It aims to expand to 70 outlets by the end of 2026, including 57 service centres and 14 Body & Paint centres.

Meanwhile, the Proton e.MAS Live Charging Map lists more than 5,100 charging points, with real-time availability information accessible through vehicle navigation systems and the e.MAS app.

The app also identifies more than 2,000 charging points at over 700 apartments and condominiums.

Pro-NET will hold EV information sessions on Oct 10 and 11, allowing visitors to learn more about the vehicles and practical aspects of electrified motoring.
