Bermaz XPeng has opened bookings for the locally assembled G6 while retaining the existing prices for all three variants.

The rear-wheel-drive Standard Range remains the entry point at RM158,888. The RWD Long Range is priced at RM178,888, while the all-wheel-drive Performance continues at RM189,888. All figures apply to West Malaysia.

Assembly is taking place at EP Manufacturing Berhad’s facility in Melaka. The first customer units are due to be handed over in August 2026.

Bermaz XPeng is also offering early buyers a complimentary wallbox charger and insurance support of up to RM5,000, subject to the campaign’s terms.

The switch from fully imported supply to completely knocked-down production does not bring a major equipment revision. The G6 continues to use XPeng’s SEPA 2.0 electric-vehicle platform and retains its XPilot driver-assistance package.

Bermaz Auto group chief executive officer Francis Lee said local assembly had allowed the distributor to preserve the G6’s pricing while adding benefits for buyers.

Orders can be placed through authorised Bermaz XPeng dealers nationwide.
