Stellantis Malaysia has just launched the Leapmotor C10 Plus (C10+) in Malaysia as a pricier C10 with a bigger battery and faster charging, priced at RM148,000.

A RM9,000 launch rebate brings the effective price to RM139,000, plus a RM4,000 insurance subsidy for early buyers, with the promo running until March 31.

Worth noting: the C10+ does not replace the existing C10. The standard Leapmotor C10 stays on sale as the cheaper option at RM125,000, alongside it.

The big change is in the battery and charging system.

The C10+ moves to 800V hardware, taking DC fast charging to 180kW (from 84kW previously, as reported) and cutting the 30–80% top-up time to 22 minutes. AC charging is expected to remain at 11kW.

Battery capacity rises from 69.9kWh to 81.9kWh (LFP), taking WLTP range to 510km, with energy use quoted at 15.1kWh/100km.

C10+ Night Edition limited to 50 units.

It’s quicker too. The rear-drive C10+ is quoted at 299PS (220kW) and 360Nm, with 0–100kph in 6.2 seconds and a 190kph top speed.

Spec changes are minor. The cabin tech and equipment list remain broadly familiar, and it still lacks Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Kerb weight is higher now at 2,055kg due to the larger battery.

If you want the blacked-out look, Stellantis Malaysia has added a C10+ Night Edition for RM8,000 more, bringing a two-tone black roof and blacked-out wheel finish, plus a sportier exterior kit. Only 50 units are available.

The C10+ comes with a 6-year/150,000km vehicle warranty and 8-year/160,000km battery cover.
