iCaur Malaysia has opened its largest showroom yet in Damansara, Kuala Lumpur, taking the network to seven outlets nationwide.
Run by Carramax Luxe, the 40,000sq ft 4S facility is the brand’s new flagship store.
Sales, delivery and service come under one roof. The gallery shows up to eight cars and includes a dedicated handover bay, with five customer charging points outside. Visitors get a family-friendly lounge with Wi-Fi, refreshments and Nintendo consoles.
Behind the glass is a full-service operation. There are eight workshop bays plus a body-and-paint area with aluminium repair capability.
The centre also handles accessories, vehicle wraps and paint-protection film. In total, 12 sales consultants, 11 technicians and 10 body-and-paint specialists staff the facility, which is geared to process about 520 vehicles a month. So far, iCaur is only selling the iCaur 03, which was launched last month.
iCaur plans to expand to nine full dealerships and 18 sales points by the end of 2025, with Damansara set as the benchmark for future sites.
The dealership opens 9am–6pm Monday to Saturday, and 10am–5pm on Sundays and public holidays.
Workshop hours are 8.15am–5.15pm Monday to Saturday. It is located at Lot 2814, Jalan Damansara, Kampung Sungai Penchala, 60000 Kuala Lumpur.
