ChargeSini has opened a new EV charging hub at Sunway Pyramid in Petaling Jaya, its first developed with Meta Bright Group Berhad as both parties deepen their push into public charging infrastructure.
Located at Level CP4, Pillar E3E in the Green Zone, the hub offers six AC chargers, comprising three 22 kW units and three 7 kW units.
Charging is set at RM1.09 per kWh with a minimum RM5 session fee, while parking charges are managed separately by the mall.
To ensure turnover, Sunway Pyramid implements ChargeSini’s updated idle fee structure, allowing a 30-minute grace period after charging ends before a RM1-per-five-minute fee kicks in once half of the chargers are occupied.
ChargeSini now manages more than 1,200 charging points nationwide, reinforcing its role in improving reliable, app-based EV access in key urban and lifestyle locations.
Its partner Meta Bright Group, formerly Eastland Equity Berhad, is a Bursa Malaysia-listed investment holding company with interests in hospitality, investment properties, property development, leasing and financing, and energy-related ventures including solar and energy efficiency projects.
The group has also diversified into building materials through recent acquisitions, supporting its broader participation in Malaysia’s sustainable infrastructure ecosystem.
