Sime Motors and Ingress Corporation Berhad have formed a joint venture, Performance Motors Malaysia, to operate two BMW and one MINI dealership sites in Malaysia.
The partnership aims to leverage each party’s industry experience and market presence to elevate the premium automotive ownership experience.
The new entity will manage outlets at Mutiara Damansara, Puchong and Bangsar, all established premium-auto hubs in the Klang Valley.
Sime Motors’ Southeast Asia MD Jeffrey Gan said the collaboration reflected their mission to enhance dealership operations and customer satisfaction for BMW and MINI brands.
Ingress Group MD Mohd Sirajuddean Ab Rahim noted the venture would enable development of modern facilities, improved aftersales services and a seamless customer journey.
Performance Motors Malaysia will be staffed by experienced personnel.
Existing Ingress BMW and MINI customers would see no disruption to warranties, service packages or other benefits during the transition.
