MG Motor Malaysia today confirmed that its MGS5 EV is now available at all MG authorised dealerships nationwide following its launch last week.
The B-segment electric SUV, the only rear-wheel-drive model in its class in Malaysia, combines a sleek exterior with nimble handling and the refined dynamics characteristic of British-inspired engineering.
SAIC Motor Malaysia managing director Emory QiFeng said the vehicle was offers driving pleasure and “segment-defining performance.”
To mark the showroom debut and MG’s first anniversary in Malaysia, the company has introduced an early-access promotion for the first 500 customers, comprising RM6,000 in savings on a starting price of RM109,900, along with a complimentary 7 kW AC wallbox charger for home installation.
The MGS5 EV also features MG iSmart connectivity, a capacious cabin and a host of advanced in-car technologies, positioning it as an attractive value proposition in the urban EV segment.
The promotion will run throughout the long weekend, during which prospective buyers are encouraged to visit the nearest MG Motor showroom for test drives and firsthand appraisal of the MGS5 EV’s performance and amenities.
