Zeekr Malaysia has opened bookings for the 2026 Zeekr X, with the updated premium electric SUV expected to cost between RM160,000 and RM180,000.
The refreshed X keeps the familiar two-variant line-up: Premium RWD and Flagship AWD.
The changes are not limited to trim colours and a new wheel design, either.
Zeekr has added more equipment, more power and a larger boot, giving its smallest Malaysian model a useful mid-cycle lift.
Both variants now get automatic front doors, an intelligent interactive B-pillar, a built-in fridge, a multifunction steering wheel with touch-bar controls and a 404-litre boot.
That is up from 362 litres, which should make the car a little less fashion-first and a little more usable for daily family duty.
The Flagship AWD is the quicker one. Its dual-motor set-up now produces 365kW and 573Nm, enough for a 0-100kph time of 3.7 seconds. It also gets 22kW onboard AC charging, with Zeekr claiming a full 0-100% charge in about four hours, plus a WLTP-rated range of up to 445km.
Extra kit includes ventilated and massage front seats, a black cabin with red seatbelts, 20-inch black forged wheels, and two new colour choices: Onyx Black and Matte Khaki Green.
The Premium RWD is no slouch. Its single-motor powertrain now makes 250kW and 373Nm, paired with an 11kW onboard charger and a WLTP range of up to 415km. It also gains a head-up display, a white-and-black cabin, new 19-inch wheels and a new Porcelain Pink exterior colour.
Safety kit continues to include seven airbags and a full advanced driver assistance system package. Zeekr said the system uses five high-definition cameras, five millimetre-wave radars and 12 ultrasonic sensors.
Zeekr Intelligent Technology Malaysia general manager Eddy Lu said the updated model was aimed at buyers who want performance, style and day-to-day usability in one EV package.
The 2026 Zeekr X is available for booking at Zeekr showrooms. It is also on display at the Kuala Lumpur International Mobility Show 2026, which runs from June 12 to 21 at Mitec, Kuala Lumpur.
