Chery Malaysia has opened a new boutique showroom at Pavilion Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, giving shoppers another way to view its cars without visiting a conventional dealership.
The outlet is operated by Apple Autotech Sdn Bhd and is Chery’s seventh boutique retail concept in Malaysia. It is also the brand’s first Generation 4 boutique showroom in the Klang Valley.
Located at Lot 3.102.00 on Level 3 of Pavilion Bukit Jalil, the 837 sq ft showroom opens daily from 10am to 10pm, including public holidays.
It lets shoppers check out Chery models during a mall visit, without setting aside time for a dealership stop. Visitors can view Chery vehicles, speak with sales personnel and arrange test drives while going about their usual shopping, dining or family activities.
Chery Malaysia vice-president Lee Wen Hsiang said customers value convenience and flexibility, and that the brand wants to meet them where they already are.
“This concept allows us to bring the Chery experience closer to customers, making vehicle discovery more intuitive, engaging, and part of everyday life,” he said.
From May 23, shoppers can also view the soon-to-be-launched Chery Tiggo 9 at the outlet.
Chery said customers can enjoy limited-time promotions this month on the Tiggo Cross, Chery O5 and Tiggo 7 PHEV, with savings of up to RM8,888.
The brand is also offering an extended battery warranty for its PHEV models. The 10-year or 200,000km coverage includes the battery power pack, power motor and vehicle control unit.
