Nissan distributor Edaran Tan Chong Motor Sdn Bhd (ETCM) has extended the early bird promotion for the newly launched Nissan Kicks e-Power due to high demand.

Initially limited to 500 bookings, the offer is now available for the first 1,000 customers.

The promotion includes a RM5,000 rebate and a 10-year/160,000 km warranty for EV components. Prices for the early bird offer start at RM108,800 for the VL variant, RM116,800 for the VLT variant, and RM120,800 for the VLT two-tone variant.

The Kicks e-Power will be available from January 2025, and will come in two variants: VL and VLT. Customers can choose from six colours, with the VLT variant offering a two-tone option.

ETCM said customers will receive enhanced support with 62 workshops nationwide, 24-hour roadside assistance, and courtesy cars for repairs exceeding 24 hours.

The Kicks e-Power uses Nissan’s second-generation e-Power system, which delivers fully electric driving powered by a 1.2-litre petrol engine that acts as a generator for the battery. This setup eliminates the need for external charging.

Key features include instant torque, a fuel efficiency of 21.7 km/l, and a range of up to 900 km. It also offers a smooth, quiet ride with advanced noise insulation and Zero-Gravity front seats. The vehicle supports four driving modes—Eco, Sport, Standard and EV—and includes an e-Pedal Step for single-pedal operation.

The Kicks e-Power was launched at the Dec 5-11 Kuala Lumpur International Mobility Show.
