Zeekr Malaysia has appointed Quantum Motors, Wheelcorp Premium and Ghee Hua Co as authorised dealers as it extends its network beyond the Klang Valley.

Quantum Motors will represent the electric-car brand at IOI City Mall in Putrajaya, Seremban and KL North. Wheelcorp Premium has been appointed for Setia Alam, while Ghee Hua Co will take charge in Kuching.

The Kuching appointment extends Zeekr’s dealer coverage into East Malaysia. Selected locations will combine vehicle sales with servicing and spare-parts support under the 3S format.

Zeekr said the appointments would take its retail presence to 11 outlets. Seven further sites are planned this year, bringing the target to 18 before 2027, although opening dates were not provided.

The expansion also adds coverage outside central Kuala Lumpur. Its new locations span the wider Klang Valley, Negri Sembilan and Sarawak, adding sales and service capacity in three regions.

Current dealer partners include BH Premium Auto in Ipoh, Unihub Auto Services in Melaka, EVA Automobile in Ampang and Sentinel Automotive in Petaling Jaya.

Preeminent Auto covers KLCC, Puchong, Skudai and Federal Highway. Sunway Group operates in Sunway City, while Carro represents Zeekr in Bangsar, Mutiara Damansara and Juru Autocity.

General manager Eddy Lu said dealers would make buying and maintaining a Zeekr easier for customers. Zeekr is adding service capacity alongside new showrooms as more models go on sale.

The Malaysian line-up comprises the X, 7X and 009. The revised 2026 Zeekr X was introduced recently, joining the 7X and 009.

At the Kuala Lumpur International Mobility Show 2026, Zeekr displayed the 9X and opened bookings for that model and the 009 Grand. Both are aimed at the ultra-luxury segment.

Zeekr’s outlet list also includes upcoming service centres in Sri Damansara, Ampang, Federal Highway, Kuching, Seremban, KL North and Ipoh. New temporary displays are planned for Setia City Mall and The Spring Mall in Kuching.
