Mercedes-Benz Malaysia and dealer partner NZ Wheels have opened the world’s largest Stars@Mercedes-Benz in Bangsar, positioning the flagship as a showcase for the brand’s top-end portfolio and latest digital-first retail concept.
The 1,800 sq m Stars@Mercedes-Benz Bangsar combines expansive display areas, private consultation rooms, a café-style lounge and immersive digital interfaces, aimed at affluent customers in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, and surrounding neighbourhoods.
The RM5 million facility is the first globally to pair the Stars@Mercedes-Benz concept with Mercedes-Benz’s newest retail brand presence.
“As a leader in the automotive industry, Mercedes-Benz is consistently enhancing the experience for our customers… This showroom doesn’t just showcase vehicles; it celebrates the refined lifestyles of those who drive them, setting a new standard in luxury retailing in Malaysia,” said Mercedes-Benz Cars Malaysia CEO and president Amanda Zhang.
The Bangsar outlet serves as a dedicated Top-End Vehicle showroom, uniting Mercedes-Maybach, Mercedes-AMG, the G-Class and flagship Mercedes-Benz models under one roof.
A Manufaktur zone offers bespoke paints, trims and finishes, supported by sales experts trained for each sub-brand.
A flexible ground floor layout can be reconfigured within 30 minutes to spotlight individual brand identities using modular walls and digital media.
Large-format screens animate each marque’s story, while private rooms support discreet, personalised consultations.
The concept is designed to blend physical hospitality with seamless digital tools, mirroring the brand’s shift towards electrification and connected services.
On the first floor, the latest Mercedes-Benz retail brand presence introduces interactive product displays and a dedicated AMG Performance Center, providing a more intuitive way to explore performance and electrified models.
NZ Wheels group chairman Datuk Jasmy Ismail said the Bangsar flagship reflects the partners’ commitment to innovation, elegance and personalised service for customers in Kuala Lumpur and beyond.
The facility also houses a 50kW DC fast charger and a digital vehicle handover area.
NZ Wheels said it would further strengthen support with a new 2S service centre in Jalan Genting Klang/Setapak in Kuala Lumpur by the second quarter of 2026.
Its network now spans Klang, Johor Baru, Setapak and Bangsar, supported by a cumulative RM20 million investment.
