KGM Motors UK, formerly SsangYong, said it would show the Musso EV pick-up to British buyers for the first time in September at SUPBIKERUN’s Lake District event by Ullswater.
Attendees would be offered early test drives as part of a feedback-led trial programme to shape the truck’s development for the UK market.
Technical details remained provisional. The prototype featured all-wheel drive, an estimated range of up to 290 miles and vehicle-to-load functionality to power external equipment. KGM said insights from the drives would lead to final specifications and use-case planning for an all-electric pick-up.
The showcase formed part of KGM UK’s partnership with SUPBIKERUN — the UK’s only adventure triathlon series combining stand-up paddleboarding, cycling and trail running.
The brand’s existing Musso Saracen would provide logistics support across the series’ four premium venues in South Wales, Dorset, Devon and the Lake District.
