Neta Auto Malaysia and distributor Intro Synergy have dismissed speculation that the brand is pulling out of the market, stating that the closure of their Glenmarie facility in Shah Alam formed part of a planned restructuring.
In a statement dated Aug 20, Neta Auto Malaysia said sales, aftersales, warranty services and parts supply remain uninterrupted and fully operational.
The service centre has been moved a short distance to Accentra Glenmarie (as shown above), it said.
While signage and infrastructure upgrades were undertaken during the transition, the site is open and serving customers. Neta acknowledged confusion caused by the move and said it has strengthened owner communications to improve transparency.
The Careplus Mall, Seremban address on official channels reflects an expanded corporate and logistics footprint rather than a withdrawal from the Klang Valley, said Neta Auto Malaysia.
Investor Careplus Group, a shareholder in Intro Synergy and NexV Manufacturing, supports distribution, warehousing and parts management, and is linked to plans for an electric-vehicle assembly facility in Negri Sembilan.
Neta Auto Malaysia also said all warranties remain valid and would be fully honoured. Spare parts availability is secured through hubs in the Klang Valley and Seremban, with dedicated service centres in place and further expansion planned. Customers continue to have access to a hotline and digital support platforms.
On its future plans, Neta Auto Malaysia said it remains committed to Malaysia despite global headwinds faced by its principal.
A “direct-to-consumer” sales approach aims to deepen engagement, improve cost efficiency and broaden nationwide service coverage.
The company said remains in close contact with its principal to align with global directions and would share updates with customers and stakeholders when appropriate.
