MG Malaysia has opened its first 3S centre in Rawang, adding a new sales outlet operated by SNS Kembara Utama.
Located in the Rawang Hi-Tech Industrial Area, the facility occupies about 1,200 square metres in a one-and-a-half-storey semi-attached factory.
The new site in northern Selangor is intended to serve customers in Rawang and nearby areas. Sales operations are already running, while aftersales services will begin once the service centre is completed and operational.
The MGS5 EV is among the models customers can experience at the new outlet. The premises also include a customer lounge with Wi-Fi, coffee and snacks.
SNS Kembara Utama chief executive officer Syed Nasrul Azmi Syed Mahmud said the outlet would make MG vehicles easier to access in Rawang, with aftersales support to follow.
SAIC Motor Malaysia managing director Emory Qi said MG was continuing to add dealers across Malaysia.
With Rawang added, MG now has 26 sales and service outlets nationwide.
The centre began operations on Aug 17. It opens from 9am to 5.30pm from Monday to Saturday, and from 11am to 4pm on Sundays and public holidays.
