BYD owners can now receive a RM50 service discount when booking maintenance appointments through Sime Motors’ OneGo app.
The offer runs from Nov 2 to Dec 31, 2026, as BYD Sime Motors introduces digital service bookings for its customers.
The app allows owners to select their preferred service centre and service advisor, check available appointment slots and confirm bookings without calling the workshop.
Users can also enter their vehicle’s current mileage and provide details of any issues requiring attention before the scheduled visit.
Once an appointment is confirmed, owners receive an email containing their booking details, which can be added to Apple or Google Calendar.
The app also allows users to review upcoming appointments, reschedule or cancel bookings and check their last service date.
Available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, OneGo is part of Sime Motors’ efforts to expand its digital aftersales services.
BYD Sime Motors currently has 33 aftersales facilities and 16 body and paint centres nationwide, supported by 45 sales and marketing outlets.
