Porsche Malaysia has unveiled a new campaign for the all-electric Macan, partnering with Malaysian fashion and lifestyle creator Christinna Kuan (Mskuan) to showcase the brand’s first fully electric SUV.
The collaboration attempt to pitch the Macan as a daily-use performance EV, highlighting its use in urban settings and on track.
The initiative centres on a filmed feature with Kuan and the Macan, showing off its practicality and performance rather than its stylistic cues.
The Macan’s key outputs are unchanged: up to 630hp and 1,130Nm, with a 0-100kph time from 3.3 seconds when using Launch Control. Porsche frames the model as a bridge between the Taycan’s electric performance and the space and versatility expected of an SUV.
The campaign included city-driving sequences to highlight the Macan’s relatively compact footprint for an SUV, pitched as suitable for tight streets and daily commuting. A separate track session showed off chassis capability, with the vehicle presented as maintaining the brand’s handling characteristics while delivering the instant torque typical of an electric car.
Equipment specifics and pricing are not the focus of this release; instead, the communication highlights the Macan’s role as Porsche’s first electric SUV and its dual brief for road and circuit. The message targets buyers seeking an EV that can serve as both a practical transport solution and a performance model.
Kuan’s participation is leveraged to extend reach beyond traditional automotive audiences into fashion and lifestyle communities.
