Swedish automaker Polestar has expanded its Arctic Circle collection with new, one-off rally-inspired models based on the Polestar 2, as well as fresh variants of the Polestar 3 and Polestar 4.
Developed in one of the company’s Swedish research and development facilities, the vehicles build on the unique performance formula first displayed in the Polestar 2 Arctic Circle concept in 2022.
All three cars are scheduled to make their public debut at the FAT Ice Race in Zell am See, Austria, on Feb 1.
Polestar chief executive Michael Lohscheller said the Arctic Circle collection exemplifies the brand’s distinctive performance DNA, which is rooted in motorsport and refined with Scandinavian design.
He said the vehicles are developed under challenging conditions in the Arctic Circle region of Sweden, reinforcing their capability to perform on ice.
The Arctic Circle models feature a raised ride height complemented by custom three-way adjustable Öhlins dampers, specialised Pirelli studded tyres and OZ Racing wheels – marking the world premiere of the new “Rally Legend”.
Additional details include new Quad Evo front spotlights from Stedi, bucket seats from Recaro, and a range of accessories such as skis, roof racks, storage solutions and recovery equipment.
