AJG Mobility has opened a Proton e.MAS showroom at Pavilion Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, giving the electric vehicle brand another retail location in the Klang Valley.

The 1,800 sq ft outlet is AJG Mobility’s first showroom inside a shopping centre. It features interactive displays, consultation areas and Proton e.MAS’s latest corporate design.

Visitors can inspect the brand’s electric models and speak with product specialists about charging, vehicle technology and EV ownership. The showroom operates daily from 10am to 10pm on Level 2 of Pavilion Bukit Jalil.

AJG Mobility is the electric vehicle division of Atiara Johan Group. Group chief executive officer Eric Moo said the mall location would allow the company to reach customers while they shop, dine and spend time at the development.

The new outlet joins AJG Mobility’s existing Proton e.MAS locations in Puchong and Seri Kembangan. Aftersales work will continue to be handled through its Proton e.MAS service centre.

Shopping-centre showrooms give carmakers access to customers who may not make a separate trip to a conventional dealership. They also provide a lower-pressure setting for first-time EV buyers to examine the cars and ask about charging and ownership costs.

The Pavilion Bukit Jalil outlet is located at Lot 2.05.00 and can be reached through major roads serving the southern Klang Valley.
