Bentley Motors will soon provide a detailed update on its first fully electric vehicle as well as strategic changes under its Beyond100 business strategy, initially launched in 2020.
Newly appointed Bentley chairman and CEO, Dr. Frank-Steffen Walliser, will join the Bentley board in an online briefing on Nov 7 to outline the company’s progress and future plans.
The company has earmarked £2.5 billion (RM14 billion) over the next decade for sustainability initiatives at its historic Crewe manufacturing facility.
The comprehensive investment includes transforming the Crewe campus into a “Dream Factory” with advanced digital manufacturing capabilities designed to minimise environmental impact.
Bentley’s first fully electric model, initially expected in 2025, is now set to launch in 2026. By 2033, Bentley plans to make all models fully battery-powered and achieve carbon neutrality across its operations.
